1. Prices and Shipping Costs

1.1. All prices displayed are final prices in Euro. As a small business operating under Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT.

1.2. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product prices and will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

1.3. Saint Enfer GbR accepts only the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Customers may choose their preferred payment method from the available options.

International Shipping Notice

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

3.1. Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

3.2. Estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product page. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Further information is available on the relevant product page or during the checkout process.

3.3. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or an alternative solution.
