Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

1.2. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

1.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Saint Enfer GbR, In der Röder 11, 97818 Rechtenbach, Germany, Email: st.onee.contact@gmail.com) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

1.4. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

2.2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.3. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Signs of wear, use, or damage may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
